Drew Colvin is President and founder of Texas Ranch Brokers, a real estate company specializing in ranches, land, wildlife and commercial real estate investment properties. A native Texan raised in a ranching community, Drew combines his experience in executive management with his expertise in real estate brokerage throughout Texas and Northern Mexico.

Drew's experience was originally built on 20 years of experience as senior management for several distinguished international insurance brokerage firms that included the prestigious firms Soriero Haztel Insurance Services, Minet Insurance Services and Jardine Insurance Brokers. The clientele consisted of Fortune 100 multinationals in the international oil and gas sector.

Building upon these experiences and lessons learned, 10 years ago Drew and his wife Susan established Texas Ranch Brokers to serve a select clientele with an exceptional level of personal service, integrity, experience and professionalism. The company is a member of an organization of over 200 brokers who are specialists in their respective fields, trusted real estate professionals who subscribe to a strong code of ethics.

Nancy Nichols was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. Growing up in historic “Cowtown” Nancy developed a deep passion for working with livestock, horses, training and entering competitions, all of which have contributed to her fine skills of “true” Texas hospitality.

After attending Texas A&M University she lived in Stephenville, TX which provided her the opportunity to learn more about rural towns and rural lands. In 1987 Ms. Nichols moved to the Hill Country and has spent most of the last 23 years there, with the exception of a recent year spent in the West Texas town of Marathon.

With her love of the outdoors, animals, and hunting plus a solid background in marketing, sales and public relations, Ms. Nichols has refined her skills as a rural land agent working with a devoted group of investors, buyers and sellers.

Always eager to learn more Ms. Nichols attends continuing education regarding wildlife habitats, wind energy, predator management, current effects of the economy on market trends, plus extensive reading and studying of the Texas markets that she works (Hill Country, South Texas & West Texas).

Her knowledge and experience combined with her dedicated loyalty to her clients and devotion to her work make her an asset in one’s pursuit of Texas land and rural properties.
